We least expected to be accomodated in such comfortably clean and spacious hotels throughout our tour.Breakfast at all the hotels were very satisfactory, except at Prince V, which was a disappointment.
Also most if not all, of the restaurants where we have meals, were surprisingly to our taste. The best was a Chinese restaurant, where rice was serve first, instead of towards the end. I can't remember the name of the restaurant, but it is the best of them all. No complain about the food whatsoever.
You have done a good job giving us value for our money spent. Thank you once again.

Comments on your tour guides:

Mr Son is too business inclined without doubt he is a good tour guide well versed and knowledgeable.
Mr Nguyen dang Hao is courteous, polite and humble and a likable person, also knowledgeable.
Miss Yen is obliging, punctual and knowledgeable too, however her English needs some polishing.
Anyway overall the whole trip was very satisfying, interesting, value for money, and sincere thanks to you for a good job done.
I will not hesitate to recommend your Company to my friends and other Malaysians, who intend to visit Vietnam
